    WORK to install new toll booths on the Humber Bridge has started. This is part of a multi-million-pound scheme to modernise the way toll charges are collected. As part of the ongoing Humber Bridge Toll Project, an automated tolling system and two free-flow lanes are being introduced.     A TWO-VEHICLE crash between a minibus and a car caused a lane closure on the A15. Humberside Police confirmed the closure was in place for recovery work today (Monday, March 24), after the crash between a black Ford Fiesta and a green Toyota minibus.     FIREFIGHTERS responded to a fire in Barton last night. Humberside Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 5.20pm on Wednesday, March 5, of a "small fire in the open".
